GFF Alpha

GFF Alpha is the mobile companion for customers and partners of GFF (Global Freight Forwarding). It lets you manage your freight shipments from anywhere, from the first rate check to the final container return. GFF Alpha is for businesses that already have an account with GFF. Your company administrator or GFF sets up your login. You can't create a new account inside the app. FOR CUSTOMERS AND LOADERS • Compare rates: see available ocean freight rates and their details before you book. • Create shipment requests: book a new shipment with a simple step-by-step form. • Submit shipping instructions: enter shipper, consignee and cargo details, including vehicle information with VIN lookup. • Upload documents: attach registrations, invoices and other paperwork straight from your phone. • Track shipments: follow each shipment's status and milestones in real time. • Request releases: ask for cargo release from the shipment screen. • Manage customers and users: loaders can review customer requests, and admins can manage their team's access. FOR TRUCKERS • Receive job requests: accept or decline drayage jobs assigned to your company. • Assign drivers: give each job to one of your drivers. • Complete pickups and returns: record empty pickup, loaded pickup, sealing and container return step by step. • Capture proof: take photos of containers, seals and cargo and attach them to the job. STAY INFORMED • Push notifications for shipment updates, new requests and status changes. • An in-app alerts center so you never miss an update. SECURE BY DESIGN • Secure sign-in with password reset. • You only see the shipments, rates and documents your company is permitted to access. Need access?
