Well managed
This conference is well managed. Helpful people from GFOA and the conference center are easy to find. The app is fabulous and has all the answers. The keynote speakers have been timely and relevant.
GFOA App Stability
I love the app but find problems with its stability at times. I had problems filling out my course evaluations as they would not open properly but I was able to get it to work later.

Registering on the app
I have to go thru the registration process every single time I open the app. So frustrating.
Performance
Had to delete and reinstall the app since I downloaded it prior to conference. Lost some of my notes. The app should not be rolled out without being debugged prior to opening of the event.
Frustrating experience so far.
Multiple downloads resulting in same problems. Currently logging in every time I open the app only to take me directly to the log out screen. Who can help me?
App needs work
Slow to load session evaluations, and requires far too many steps to log attendance for CPE. Lots of times it locked up and didn’t display anything. There were 6,000+ conference attendees, so the servers may have just been overloaded.
GFOA
Excellent! Not only do we get to learn about new trends and best practices, GFOA also offers a conduit to interact and learn from others across the country!
