Basic app
This app has had some updates that now allow you to at least access patient’s chart/images/clinic notes which can be helpful when not in the office. However, still has many functions that do not work. For instance, the messaging feature is not fully functional. I can receive a message from my clinic nurse, but if I click “reply” I cannot send a message back. Hoping a new update fixes the remaining problems.

Takes forever to get ahold of someone
Everyone works remotely and internet is all over the map. They just want to take your name and number and call when it works for them.
Also, they no longer accept credit cards. Kiss your float goodbye. Look for a bigger vendor in my opinion.

Very slow to log in.
Takes over a minute and several times of hitting retry to log in. Please fix.

Follow up review
Just got the new update. The app has been steadily improving with updates. Now actually usable. Now the documents load in a reasonable time. New update gives access to scanned documents.

This app is dreadful. The search engine is obsolete with no update on CPT and ICD codes in last couple of years. Worse yet charges can be billed and present in outbound but not show up in the billers que. This is an app with potential to really damage a physicians productivity.

I have used this for a year. I feel like it is very helpful and useful. Does it lack features? Of course but they are building new features all the time. Each iteration is better then the last. Looking forward to being able to do tasks etc
Hardly usable
Login fails 5-10 times before connecting. Pulling up documents takes minutes at a time. No way to add to tasks or documents in app.
