App crashes upon opening
Was alarmed to see that this device was broadcasting an open Internet connection to the world, so I went into the app for the first time in quite a while, and it crashes. You can’t open it. I have to turn the speaker off for security reasons, which means I can’t use it. FIX THIS.

What is this App for? It doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. It just pretends to. It doesn’t connect to anything. Why hasn’t this App been decommissioned? It is the worst of the worst apps I have ever tried to use! It doesn’t deserve any stars.

Speaker is great got it as a gift. The app is the worst and will get you no where honestly don’t even want to try on my computer not worth my time.

As other reviews state, this version is broken. I have 3 GGMM receivers on my network and it can’t see any of them. I’m scared to reset them in case they lose connection altogether and become useless.

Wireless connection is stupid
Speaker sounds great but I can only connect with an audio cable. The wireless connection is the worst thing ever. So complicated and pointless.
Doesn’t work
That’s it. Simply doesn’t work. Previous versions have, but this version will not find the speaker. You can connect directly to it, play music to it, but the app will not find the speaker to make any changes to settings. You can’t switch it to LAN mode, or can’t give it your wifi network password. Makes the speaker entirely useless as a network speaker, which is what I needed it for. I now have an expensive, nice looking, but totally pointless blue box on the side! Total waste of money.

Love my M3 speakers - app works great
The M3 speaker is a thing of beauty. Wonderful warm sound, stunning design, and fantastic integration with Apple Airplay. I use one in the living room for music; the other in the bedroom as a wireless Airplay speaker from the Apple TV.

Doesn’t work anymore
Wireless speaker just doesn’t work anymore, so now I have to plug my phone into it. What’s the point? App hasn’t been updated in forever, and app support just links to their sales website. Guess they took the money and ran....
Can't even open...
Purchased one of your speakers, unfortunately can’t set it up as the app won’t even open… Really disappointing. Please update your software, may have to return your product…

The speaker isn't all that and what really makes things worst is the app is worst ever on the Planet buy at your own risk and this is my 2nd bad experience with buying Chinese electronics. I think this will be my last!!! Are there any good Chinese companies still left never had any problems before Ugh!!!'nmmm

It wouldn't open.. It keeps crashing on each attempt. Should have been removed from the app store.
Will not play
I’ve reset all routers...phone and speakers...Plays for several seconds from Music app on iPhone but then stops playing from speaker. Song keeps playing silently on iPhone

Terrible App, Speakers
If you try to pair more than one of these speakers one will constantly disconnect customer support is of no use. One recommendation was to tap the upgrade firmware button in the app, but no such button exists. Get yourself a Sonos and save yourself a lot of headaches.
This app keeps crashing
This app will crash continually after one use. The only time it will even open is after an install. When it does open, it doesn't see the music on my iphone (iPhone 6 running 10.2) nor does it connect to the speaker.

I can't hook up my speaker because you need the app to do it and apparently it makes my speaker useless.
Keep speaker powered on
Speaker sounds great, but please give me the option to turn off auto-power off in the device settings. I like my airplay devices to always be available for streaming and the speaker shuts itself off after a certain period of time.

I can't even connect to my hardware with this app. It crashes. Now I need to reset the wireless password. Whenever I've done something like that before I'm required to delete the app and start over. I can't get the stupid app to download to my phone. Argh.

This application works, but there are unpleasant surprises, and it has a surprising lack of elegance compared to the fine workmanship of the hardware.
The interactions between the app and the website are very poorly described. It should be clear that various buttons in the application will take the user to the website.
The manual is very well-designed, but again, it could profit from being spell-checked and grammar-checked, and checked by native speakers of the English language.
It should also have its instructions tested by people off the street who have never seen the device before.
