Map doesn’t load

Without a working map, this app is almost useless. Fix the map, it’d still be a decent tool.

Outrigger Waikiki resort

Lounge club
I was writing but it disappered. Here’s again. We love the Outrigger. Resort for our staycations on Oahu. Especially because BlueNote is right there. Food in DUKE’s and Hula Grill are exceptional. So why is the ʻ Lounge Culb’ food and drink so horid? Not your basic bad but scary horrific that I payed extra for. Just think 5 levels below Taco Bell or automated machine sandwiches

Great programs, terrible customer service

The booking process is highly functional and the programs are great, but customer service is TERRIBLE and SLOW. So instead of 5-stars they get 2, sad.

A pointless and maybe dangerous App to use?

I downloaded & registered details in App (iOS) several months ago and recently made a booking at Parkroyal Collection Singapore. My original App registration details were corrupted. It had my address as registered in South Australia with an Oz phone number. Never lived there! When I attempted to enter my hotel confirmation number it was unrecognised. Despite attempts to correct info I have been forced to ask the PanPacific Group to sort it out. Don’t believe App can be trusted to record my earned rewards let alone store my personal info😱

Great Hotel Site

Easy to use, well-designed booking engine. Hotel benefits for Titanium members are excellent.

Still has issues

I’ve pretty much given up on using this site. It seems to have a problem keeping the dates entered and the edits never work. Use the sites for their specific brands you’ll have better luck.

Super buggy app

The app is good when it works but really annoying when you want to book and to take advantage of the online deals they have. You really need to fix this or fix the servers when you are running promotions especially during Asia Pacific time.

Useless customer service

The app fails constantly and customer service don’t respond to emails or tickets opened via the app. Got conned into adding $500 to my account in dollars only for the reward rules to change the day before I arrive at the hotel so the credit couldn’t be used.

Unable to redeem points or view future bookings

Having difficulty with this app when purchasing bookings online there is no option to redeem points that you already have and it requires you to only give a credit card for payment. There was no option for me to communicate with the Hotels such as giving them a message I required parking..
And also on the app I can’t see future bookings. I only see bookings once they’ve been finalised. This is not just specific to the app. It’s also specific to the online platform.

Not Fit For Purpose

Can’t see the point other than the app is an advertising portal. My bookings at NH hotels don’t show in the app, so get no benefit such as check ins et cetera when on the move. I needed to download the NH App separately to see my bookings.

Not Working Bookings not connecting status to Oaks/Minor Properties Australia

I have had 7 nights at Oaks (Minor) Hotels Australia in the last 2 weeks but my Titanium Status and Membership is not connected to bookings. I normally receive a bottle of wine for stays but received no welcome gift for any stays over the last 4 stays and 9 nights.

Not Fit For Purpose

Simple reason for review, bookings don’t show in the app, no point in having on your phone if you can’t access check ins et cetera when on the move.

Can’t change currency

Discovery dollars always being shown in USD, how about other currency like INR, GBP etc.
