Being able to view the menu is handy. However, time limitations on late plates are not helpful. Why can you not submit a late plate less than an hour and a half before the meal? The food is there, is it not? It sort of just seems like a grace period to cover for the chefs poor planning. Furthermore, the fact that the meal reviews are not anonymous is beyond stupid. Houses using this service should have the ability to leave genuine feedback and hold there chefs accountable, without being called out later by the chef.
