I also get that message of Request Failed: Service Unavailable. I can’t set up my devices. this is a rip off.
Use the Gosund app
This app appears to be dead but the Gosund app works

Im keep receiving Service unavailable 503 error . I can not create account. Please fix that issue thank you.

Does not show remote temperature units as a choice in app. Useless.

I installed the switch on a living room light to control the light while not home. The G-Home app was easy to download and setup, and the schedule timer works great. I found nothing bad about this plug.

I installed the switch on the deck listing plug over my swimming pool to turn the lights on at dark and then back off at 10:30pm. The install was very simple. The only problem when you install the app it does not ask your time zone. It took a day to realize the schedule did not work and the time zone was wrong. After that it came a lightning storm and it lost connection to the network and it did not work without network connection.
It took 3 days to finally realize it worked correctly. The app is too generic without any test routine or setup procedure to enable the schedule easily. Besides that I think we will be very happy.
Now I need to try the security cameras.

it 100% does not work when you try and load the app it asked you to create an account and would then ask you to create a password

Can’t add phone number
The login for Gosund requires a phone number login, but won’t allow me to add one to my account
Does not work
I bought a Govee model H5040+H5054 (water alarm). The app identifies only lighting, leisure or power. I tried all three, both in slow and rapid blinking. It does not work. I’m returning it to Amazon.
Does not connect
It requires me to change the wifi name so that it can be recognized by the lights, but even then it doesn’t connect my app to the LED lights.
