Perfect ācept I can login anymore - glitches
Good, but buggy
Tried purchasing with Apple Pay and the app kept giving me an error. I clicked Check Out and it gave me another option for Apple Pay. This one worked. Unfortunately I missed out on the 7-Up energy drink drop because of this.
Promotions
The app is clunky and the effort they put in to fix the issues is slim to none, the newest promotion for the 7-up can does not load in the app and when it does it says there isnāt an active event happeningā¦..

Ghost Energy drinks are supposed to be easy to buy but when you canāt buy from Ghost website and have to buy from other places is so stupid and ridiculous I donāt want to buy from Amazon Tik Tok or GNC shops at outrageous prices and then pay for shipping and handling gets expensive
Unclosable popups
This app has email signup popups that cannot be closed on the iPhone. The x is tiny in the top left corner of the screen and does not work. I donāt believe the popup was tested. The app is mostly pointless if you canāt use it without email sign up popups locking you out.
Dysfunctional
Update March 2026: The app wonāt even let me log in anymore. No error, no banner, just simply does not respond to a log in attempt.
Love the brand. App leaves much to be desired. In the current year, a simple e-commerce app should not have as many issues as the Ghost app does.

Bring Citrus back. It was literally the hardest flavor to find because it was always selling out
Why isnāt anyone responding???
Iāve commented a few times the same comment regarding my rewards disappearing from the app and I still havenāt gotten a response. I just got a notification from the app about some Ghost Unboxing thing, so I know there are people managing the app.

Could not log in
Using apple password app, I know I did not make a mistake, but still app gave me the alert of wrong password, I can only use the website but thats okay I still love the products

Glitches everytime I get free add in
I feel like when you guys make us get sum free when you buy something or even on things for buying for example you guys gave away free spoons away with any order when you bought sum simpler to that product and it kept glitching saying added into cart like spamming it like it was hacked and once you sign out delete the app or anything related to the app it does not stop until like a week later I try over the week nothing I missed out on that bec it wouldnāt add it to my cart and I have to spam click to to the checkout and it wonāt add my free product bec it didnāt get added itās very annoying when it happens everytime if you guys could plz help make that stop so we donāt miss out on things love this stuff love ghost the app just needs to get fixed on that

Failure
I downloaded this app to buy the new ghost and enter to win a raffle. This app NEVER loaded past the black screen , guess I'm not getting the new drink as it's already sold out AND I don't even get a chance to enter the raffle.
App doesnāt work
They really push you to use their app for special promos and things you can only get through the app. However their app DOES NOT work. It hasnāt worked this go around for over a week, even with an update. They have had continuous issues with their app for months. How can you continue to push the app & not make sure it works?

Why is shipping $9.50 and still takes 2+ weeks to get it? Thatās the only way to use your points. Thatās funny. Cheaper on amazon (even with using ghost points) & less hassle! Very sad.
