Purchase Problems

I’m hoping there’s a fix for this issue so I can actually play the game and give a better rating. I purchased the annual subscription and it’s in my active subscriptions on my Apple account but the game keeps telling me to subscribe. I have tried restore purchases, restart, subscribe again in the app, nothing I’m trying is working.

There was ghost outside and zero talking to me on this game I am got very very freaked out I went back home this is not a bad story maybe it was just my imagination I don’t know I was scared but it was fine
