Good but tricky

I love this game but I cannot proceed! It won’t tell me how to empty the paint after I fill the orange bowl. Please help!

You can only play two levels, or then it wants you to watch an ad, but no reward videos to watch. Really enjoyed lost manor by this dev, and this game seems just as good only cannot play. I wouldn’t even mind buying some coins if I knew for sure that would open levels(I don’t really need any hints)
