App Menu Wrong
Ordered Vodka Pizza on the app, mozzarella, vodka sauce, heavy cream, tomato sauce, onions & prosciutto. Pizza arrives, it’s a plain pie with vodka sauce. I call the store and they tell me there is nothing they can do because I ordered through the app. I was charged 24.95 for a plain pie. There are at least 8 other pizzas joints within 2 miles of my house, I guess I’m picking another one from now on.

Don’t sleep on Gianni’s
I grew up in a bakery making pizza and love finding a good place. Gianni’s does not disappoint. It’s obvious from the first bite that they use quality ingredients. Easily has some of the best pies in the state. If you see the dragon be sure to try it - pepperoni vodka square pie with ricotta and an everything crust.

Beware of using App - you get credited
Consistent decent food but be careful ordering in the App. If they’re out of a topping or food - they’ll call you and offer a replacement but if you don’t want one you just get a “credit to your account” which you then have to call the store to utilize. This was the 3rd time in a month I’ve had this happen. You’re really out of calamari? Really…..

App does not allow me to customize a salad order
The app works fine for most thing but not for the one thing I always want to order. I want to be able to ask for no cheese on my chicken portobello salad because my partner is allergic. Not a big ask, right? But this is impossible with the app. Please fix this so I can order my salad with the app and protect my family from allergens at the same time.

We even called and they said order is on the way. This is a joke. 2 hours now. At least I used apple so I can get my $ back. Pathetic
