What does work?

I have JUST gotten my bank account after weeks/months of waiting for them to give me my card and details and I’m already giving up with this app

•The scrolling for more than 5 minutes just to find your date of birth
• the pointless Face ID when you have to write your username and password AND VERIFY EVERY TIME (which takes more than 5 minutes for me too every time)
•that may not sound bad, but keep in mind you are being CONSTANTLY logged out of the app.
• the lag
• Nobody is listening to anyone’s useful criticism on the app so unfortunately lack of updates
• No Apple Pay, which is really upsetting because everyone I know who has literally any other bank can use it and is using it.
• So many bugs and unnecessary features that honestly gets infuriating once it piles up
• And I’m still finding annoying things while using the app.

If I wasn’t constantly logged out and it had Apple Pay at least, I would stay. this is especially annoying since it is my first bank account experience as of recently turning 19.

App is okay, has a few issues like constant logging out, Lags, Face ID doesn't work half the time, can’t use passkey and you need to remember the SMS code every time you login as you can’t automatically do it like most apps,
GIBBANK has come a long way but still lacks trends like Apple Pay everyone that i hear talk about gib bank always talk about them not having Apple Pay even the older generations they should really look into this so that we don’t have to carry our cards all the time.
It’s also so limited to what you can do in the app.

Poor show Gib Bank
Despite poor reviews and constructive comments the issues people have raised more than. 12 months ago are still applicable today. Doesn’t speak volumes of their customer centric policies and eagerness to take this bNk and the app into the 21st century sadly! Come on guys get serious!
