At age 70 I’m proud to say that I’ve been a customer with Gibsland Bank & Trust for many years . There’s not 1 thing that I had an issue that they got it remedied quickly ! I especially love that if there’s a purchase that’s from a different state or just not my ordinary type of purchase Gibsland Bank sends me an alert . Thankfully because there’s been a few times that it wasn’t me & the bank took care of it ! Everyone working there is very friendly !

I have never entered a GBT, that I wasn’t met with a friendly smile. They help me, they check with me about questionable purchases, due to fraud. I love that are all over the place. I have nothing negative to say about GBT. JW

I liked the new updates that the app has gotten, but I think we are still pretty behind when it comes to the competitor's apps though. I'm excited to see how we change in the futures
Needs tweaking
Everytime I go to open the app even when I have already put my credentials in from previous sign ins and I’ve selected the option “remember me” it still ask me to sign in and put everything back in it’s annoying, I wish I could get a phone notification when money is being deducted out of my account that needs to be a thing also can we please have the dates updated when a purchase is made please cause it’s so in accurate it’ll show I bought something the same day but I know I bought it a different day if that makes sense like the dates don’t match the actual purchases. If those things get fixed we might be in good shape.
