Stuck when adding photo
I purchased Gift Track this afternoon for my iPhone and when adding my first person/gift, I find that the app gets stuck when I take a photo and "Choose". "Choose" greys but it doesn't return to the list and I can't go anywhere. The same thing happens when I choose a photo from my photo gallery. If I crash the app and restart then I find the new photo where it belongs.

Rip off
Absolute rip off !!! Does not work !! Photo's won't load. Info won't save. Just freezes up all the time! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!p
Gift track glitchy
I like the program wish I could alphabetize my people list. And it shuts down on me unexpectedly that is the biggest problem fix the glitch and I'd give it a better rating.
Do not buy
With no recent reviews and continued crashes this explains a lot. Unless the maker opts to do some major fixes and updates, this one is a waste.
Dont bother!
Great idea but loses sync with contacts and so birthdays and anniversaries lost which defeats the whole object of the app! Have contacted developer several times but absolutely no response!!

Disappointed
Date picker has a bug. I wanted the 6th August but the date given was 7 August. I picked 5 August and it gave the correct date of 6 August. Not all info entered about gift carried over to main entry.
NoottVery useful app
I have been using this app for a good while now and I love it. What I love about it is you can record both what you are giving others and what you or your family has received from others. The recording of giving and receipt of presents is exactly what I need in one app and this app gives me exactly that. The developer was also very efficient in updating a bug I highlighted and kept me up to date how the fix was going.

Disappointing!!
This is a really promising app but is currently virtually unusable as it's full of really frustrating bugs and crashes all the time. I would not recommend buying this application until it has been updated and the bugs have been fixed.
Name required in contacts??
You shouldn't be required to store your own name in your contacts.
Gift Tracker and Crashing
I wrote a rewiew after having this APP crash repeatedly when I first downloaded it and attempted to use it. After deleting it from my device, and then running a new sync and reloading it, it now seems to be working more consistently, so I would like to correct that first review. APP looks like it could be really useful will know more after a few days of learing it and using it. Thank you.

Great app!
Have been waiting for an app like this for a very long time! It helps you remember not only what gave, but also what you received. If I was to make a recomendation, the only thing I would suggest would be the option of having a PIN to lock the application. Good job guys!
Good but...
Other gift apps let you password protect your gift list. My kids play with/use my iPhone all the time. Having a list of their Christmas gifts that they can easily look at doesn't work for me and is a reason for me to keep looking for another app.
Wonderful gift tracking app
First let me start by saying that I have tried several Paid gift apps. They all had some nice features, but overall they just didn't cut it for me. However, Gift Track fits pretty much most of my needs. It's simple, nice looking and does the job. I've had the opportunity to use it extensively the past few weeks as my two boys birthdays are coming up this week, plus I'm trying to get a head start on Christmas. During this time I discovered a few things that made this app less then a 5 star app...but still helped me immensely with my gift shopping. Some things I would love to see in this app to make it a 5 star app for me would be the following:
1) I love that you can take pictures of the gifts, but my eyes aren't as young as they used to be and even with glasses I had a hard time with figuring out what some of the gifts were as I hadn't made my titles as specific as I should have. This happened more often with the larger gifts vs. smaller gifts that showed up better in the small box. It would be extremely useful to be able to click on the photo and have it enlarged to the size it was when I first took the photo so that I can get more detail from the larger gifts.
2) When inputting the store name it would be great if it had one of those scrolling things that memorize previously entered stores vs. having to type in frequently shopped stores everytime.
3) In the Gifts section it would be great to have the option to view gifts by Need to Buy or To Be Given, etc. instead of having to scroll down a long list of gifts as I had to today.
4) When adding a new gift it would be more convenient and faster to have the +add gift at the top of the gifts vs. having to scroll down to the end of the page.
5) Lastly, it would be great to see in either My People category or by Event not only how much I have listed to spend because as I discovered today just because my kids want $500 worth of toys doesn't mean a) that I really want to spend that much and b) that I will find it in the store when I go back anyway. So it would be useful to see a running total of what I actually buy (To be Given) to help with budgeting vs. only total $ of gifts Need to to Buy
o.k. so far that's it...that much said I find this app extremely useful and look forward to future updates. I will change my rating to 5 stars as I see these updates come in. Keep up the good work.

Useful, but could use some upgrades
I love tracking a lot of wedding presents as they come in, but a few things would have been very helpful:
1. Filling in the "Given by" field with names outside of my contact list (not all my husbands cousin's are in my iphone)- In fact, it would be nice if several of the fields allowed you to put in your own info instead of their options.
2. The photos of gifts are useful, but I notice sometimes they switch around and the picture I took of one gift appeared as the picture for something totally different
3. It would be nice to change the photos for the different kinds of events to personal photos.
4. It would be cool to be able to upload a gift registry and so you only have to add the details of who gave you the gift instead of imputing a lot of data about what the gift is, how much it cost, etc.
Otherwise, I really enjoy the program and would recommend it.

Contacts only?
Half of my people are chidren who aren't in my contact list - I need to be able to add people not in my contacts to make this app useful. Other than that it's great.
Gifter
Does what it says. I like having my lists with me at all times; being able to add pictures is also a plus! Can use some improvements though- would like to add pictures of people other than those in my contact list, like from photo roll. Also, really need some type of notification for upcoming dates! If we could get these in a future update - would definately rate higher!

Great App
This app is exactly what I was looking for. It has a good looking user interface and combines the features I wanted. The gift stash thing is a cool idea too.
