App crashes at sign in
The app crashes when attempting to sign in using Apple ID and when trying to use Facebook to sign in, Facebook rejects the attempt.

I really was excited about this app. I do a lot of gift-giving. unfortunately the app crashes as soon as I login. I’m hoping that it gets fixed, and you don’t have to sign in every time you go into the app. Great idea, though! I’ll keep my eye on it and watch for improvements.

Update makes it crash
I use to be a pretty heavy user of Giftagram. I just came back to it to find the perfect gift for my boss’s birthday but now that I’ve updated the app, as soon as I sign in it starts to load and then crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it continues to crash. I want to use Giftagram but I guess I’ll need to go elsewhere.

Very interesting way to send gifts
Though the gifts and shipping on this app tend to lean on the expensive side, it does what it’s set out to do pretty well. The selection is nice, and the process is fairly simple. I do wish it could integrate with Apple Pay since otherwise it would’ve been completely frictionless.

Don’t Deliver Orders
Twice I’ve used this and had order confirmed and then have had the recipient tell me they never received. Company is slow to reply and then ships it once I ask for a refund. Terrible service and feels like they are trying to get away with not fulfilling. Would not recommend even though I think this is a great concept! The execution is terrible; either intentionally or through poor management.

Worst app ever
If I could I would have given 0! I am not sure how this business is still alive. I had a super hard time to find my gift (I received a text and entered my address but nothing happened after a few weeks, had to contact the customer service to enter my info again) and when i finally received the credit, working with the app was extremely frustrating. Error when paying, error tracking my gift, more than 3 weeks since I have ordered my gift and I have not heard back anything about the delivery date. Their customer service is a mess too. Do yourself a favour and do not order anything with Giftagram…

App keeps crashing
I can’t complete a transaction because the app crashes at the point where I try to select my gift recipient. Unable to use the service!
Consistently late gifts
I’ve tried to use Giftagram twice — and it’s been frustrating both times.
1. Unlike what their website says — there is no chat feature on the app. there’s no way to contact customer service other than email — and even then, it’s hit or miss. It took 5 days to respond to my first query about the product not being delivered after 4 weeks.
2. Order #2 is experiencing the same problem — there is no response from customer service and no way to know if my order will arrive on time.

US recipients asked for a Canadian address
Incredibly confusing process with separate US and Canada stores, that in spite of following instructions, ends up messing up orders. No customer service. Will never use again nor recommend to anyone.
Awful Experience Sending Client Gifts
Pretty awful experience. Website showed our company products only available in Canada in the US Store. We sent these to many clients who were unable to receive them. Same with alcohol gifts, their platform was broken and could not recognize zip codes so they told our clients that the gifts could not be delivered to them. No way to get in touch with customer service. Took 2+ days to get a response. Disappointing. Do not recommend.

BAD customer service
I received a gift that was alcohol and when I tried to receive it, I was asked to enter an address in calif, washington or nevada. I don’t live in any of those states so I simply asked if I could choose a candle or another gift that can be sent to Virginia and I was told NO. I spoke to the person who sent the gift and he said that it was hot made clear at all to him that I wouldn’t be able to receive the gift in my state. So now, he’s out $50 dollars and Giftagram keeps texting me to tell to accept my gift — and I have told them numerous times I have tried but wasnt allows to accept it. Really??
