Quick easy process

If they weren’t gonna offer the option for Americans to cash out to an American bank, then they shouldn’t have their app available to download in America. I sold a gift card and they put the money in my wallet no problem. It was quick. It was easy. It was painless to sign up, but that’s when the problem started. so now they have hundreds of dollars of mine sitting in a Nigerian wallet that I can’t cash out because I’m not Nigerian so I don’t have a Nigerian bank account. I’m American. I have a bank account Apple could you let this app in the App Store in my region?

Update: I was able to withdraw my funds. They are starting to integrate crypto withdrawals. In turn we found a resolution and all was solved with prompt customer support interactions.

Scammers

At first they will pay you for your transaction but as time goes on you'll keep getting this card have already been redeemed. Don't trust them, they are only trying to bait you into trusting them then they start reaping you off your card just like they did to me. I got £300 card from a client and I tried loading it £25 each cause I was trying to be cautious unfortunately when I got to the 4th I got the message transaction disapproved it thought it was an error as always but when I checked it says " This card have already been redeemed " That's ridiculous cause I got all cards from same client. So I tried the other two cards on a different platform and I got paid. I tried the card ridima said has been redeemed on that platform and it says same thing. So don't even bother trusting them cause you reap also. Trying to bait you into believing their platform and they start redeeming your cards without getting paid. They are scammers

Frauds/Thieves

Scam alert

If by the grace of God you have used this app for 3 times and got your money please don’t use it again they will rip you off and say your card have been used by someone else. This app is not a legit app stop using it.
