Service or a scam?

Being overseas, this service seemed very appealing to me living overseas. However, there is no information on what will be charged from the gift sender’s account or credit card. It is like “give us your financial information and the money we need to pay in Pakistan, and we will figure out what we will charge you”. I WOULD NOT TRUST ANYONE WITH A BLANK CHECK’. Once the service charge or Total cost in foreign currency is not provided in advance, I will never give of my credit card information to anyone, stand so should you or anyone!
