All my list links are redirected to a shopping site of some sort. It does not work at all anymore.
Practical, enjoyable, and easy to use!
GiftList has always been my go to app around Christmas time. It’s fun to use with my family and friends every year! I’m happy to see the app updated often and the team has been very responsive to any issues I’ve faced in the past. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to make their Christmas wishlist shopping easier!

Great app
Easy use and alot of help around the holidays!
it works but there are ways it could further advance.
As the title says, this app works well and gets the job done. I enjoy being able to see the photo of the products but there is much improvement to be made.
1. Be able to change the order in how the gifts are seen
2. invite friends to be able to collaborate on a list
3. ability to delete lists
4. ability to create a duplicate of the same list
5. After a list is made public, you should be able to private it again.
6. it could be helpful to have a separate place to be able to type in the price instead of having to type it in the notes
7. select multiple gifts and delete them if a list is private or after a list is archived
8. be able to change a link of an item you are editing

Works enough!
Convenient, but buggy
Makes it much easier to figure out who’s getting what for who, but the search functions for assembling lists don’t work the way they’re supposed to. They rarely grab the picture and price of the item from the website
Great app for sharing my wishlist
I like how once I made my list I was able to share it via a link with my family and other friends who might want to get me a gift.
Best option for the whole family
Our family is spread out and GiftList makes planning Christmas giving for our family easy. It replaces group chats that we used to use and allows us to see who’s getting what in one place. The feature to see all the items I’m planning to get makes shopping easier as I don’t have to worry about forgetting something.

Does not work with links to items!
We tried putting actual URLs from specific items at websites and when you click on it, it takes you to foreign countries, including Amazon. All of our Amazon link took us to Amazon in the United Kingdom and we are in the United States. Even when we tried searching through the app, it was iffy that you would get to the actual item you were looking for. Almost bought wrong things as a result. This app pretty much useless. Will not be using.

I like this app as there are recommendations and a lot of websites to view from and directly add to your list. The one thing that I don’t like is that this morning when I was adding stuff to my list when I press on the my lists button the app crashes so please fix this.
Makes gift organizing easier
Figuring out who is getting who what is always a pain for my family. This app let everybody sort out who’s buying what for a person without them being able to see the chat
Waste of time
FAQ on the app is not useful. I don’t want to watch an entire video just to answer 1 simple question. I’ve had this app on my phone for about 15 min and I already want to delete my account! Unfortunately I’ve searched everywhere on the app but there doesn’t seem to be an option to do so, which is absolutely ridiculous, and no contact info on the app so I can’t even reach out and ask. 👎🏼👎🏼

Broken app
Gives you an “error check network connection” message when you try to do anything other than just typing in a gift name. That means you can’t use any other features like searching for the items on Amazon, or look for gift ideas on the gift idea page. All you can do is type a list, which is the same as using a notebook app that your phone already has.

Fundamentally flawed don’t waste your time
Being asked the question ‘what do you want for Birthday/Christmas’ and asking the same question to friends and family I thought there must be an app that allows me to build and share a list and get other to do the same. I gave this a go and spent some time populating it with products from the partner website like Boots and Next as well as adding my own from other stores like Lush. What a waste of time. The option to add a url has a major glitch. Once saved the URL is overwritten by the product description so when you click to visit the merchant store to buy the gift you get a bad link. So sharing your list with people, they will not be able to click through to actually view or buy the product. Hope this gets fixed as it’s a dud app otherwise.
