Please improve on the App!

I found the app really difficult to use. The interface initially appeared nice and streamlined. But once I began to fill in information along the way, things became really frustrating. Parts of the instructions I filled in and my drop down selection kept getting erased when I attempted to modify a prior step. And there were instances when the app kept automatically breaking down Chinese characters I filled in into phonetics. I spent at least double the time I did using the web version trying to place an order due to having to redo certain sections multiple times. Would have given up on the purchase if it weren’t for the amazing service I know Giftpack provides.

App requires some refinement

App is a little buggy and it needs to be refined a little. Although, all features seem to working, the buggy or laggy feeling does not inspire confidence in the product. Which is a little sad, because I really like this product and service and want to see it adopted widely. I am a QA Engineer and feel free to reach out to see if I can help with testing of this app.

I absolutely love their service! I was at a crunch for time, but they were able to deliver my gift on the same day of me placing the order. They have amazing customer service and the gifts are so beautiful!

Warm app that delivery my care

Use the app to delivery my miss to a girl. The gift is pretty and cute and the whole process is very efficient. The girl was touch so much. In fact I miss spell the girl's phone number and the staff correct it for me. And still delivery in time. And they has good taste in card. Willl deftly recommend my friends about it.

I just ordered a birthday cake to my mom, they developed it to my mom in time. The flowers and cake are soooo great.
My mother was so happy and surprise because she received a cake from her son who is in SF.

Found an unusual way to use this app :)

Soooo, it's the NBA finals and I want to prank my friend in Taiwan who's a huge fan of the Cavaliers.

I've given Giftpack specific directions that I want them to send the gift (cup of latte) to my friend at the exact moment where the Cavaliers lost and with a card that says "Thank you for playing Cavaliers, see ya next year! :)"

They met all of my requirements. My friend even sent me a video of him wearing a Cavaliers drawstring bag in front and tore the card into pieces. It was epic, Hahahaha.
