I hate this app. I can’t even cash out, it just says my account is being verified but when I signed up it said my account was verified and I can’t at all get ahold of customer service. One of the worst apps. I also tried to log back in to my account and it said my number was not associated with an account. So dumb. DONT DOWNLOAD IT ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL

i have a lot of GP points & am unable to use any of them. every time i try it says that i have exceeded the transaction limit (i’ve never made a transaction at all, so how’s this possible?) & to contact support. ZERO customer service help. they don’t respond to emails EVER. absolute waste of time.

Our experience
Customer service is awful. We had a $100 Gift Card to Sheetz. Given to use by Grady's Decision. Used $50 to get to the Pittsburgh Children's Hospital. Went to use the remaining $50. And Sheetz told use their was insufficient funds. Contacted customer service several times. No resolutions. Rep Brooke said she would check into. Never heard anything back. Horrible app.

Idea is great, app is crap
Great to have an app to store all the gift cards, signed up with difficulty, app didn’t load at all, UI is worst, tried to search for store and it didn’t work out after couple of hours my account was banned!!!

My account was disabled for no apparent reason. I also used a referral code for a bonus and never received it.
Garbage
Been trying to sign in to no avail, tried to login with my phone number, email and Facebook. Nothing. According to the comments seems like customer service is pathetic and doesn’t help. So don’t download this app.
No Support Assistance
I’ve left numerous emails regarding my issue, even went as far as contacting on social media. NO response whatsoever.. I NEED THIS FIXED ASAP

This app is the best!!! It’s so easy to use, and saves so much time rather than using a physical gift card. I would recommended this app to anyone, and it’s also great to use around the holidays because you can use it to buy things for your family and friends :)

I have been using Giftpocket for a month now and I have to say that I am never carrying physical gift cards around again.
I got bunch on various store card on birthday - one was even for Burger King - who gives a BK card yikes.
Gift pocket helped get through all those cards that I would have otherwise kept in kitchen drawer and lost.
