Bad service
Unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating. The insurance keeps rejecting most treatments and medications, even when prescribed by a specialist consultant, and even simple or natural therapies that should be covered were denied. It wasted a lot of my time and energy. I hope the company reviews its policies and improves customer service for more clarity and flexibility.

I thought the app would make the process more seamless, but it’s just the same as the website. Nothing shows up when you search for it, your policies don’t show up. Nothing shows up.
