Worked fine for a bit. But when I changed my password on the website the app doesn't let me enter a my new password anywhere and just gives me a blue screen.

I keep getting this error message each time I try to login been going on for ages, I have deleted it then download it again several times but it still keeps happening. Plz can you fix this problem.
