eSIM doesn’t work
Purchased an eSIM and it didn’t work. I contacted them via WhatsApp, phone and email for support and it took them over an hour to reply. By then, I had already purchased and successfully installed an eSIM from Airalo. They refused to refund my eSIM. Terrible customer service. Go with Airalo and skip the wasted time and money of Gigago

Beware! DO NOT BUY GIGAGO eSIm!
I pre-bought a 10Gb/30 day 4G UNITEL package for Mongolia. An absolute scam. When I installed the eSIM I found the provider was SKYtel NOT UNITEL and only 3G. It had very limited coverage and the 3G was slow. I will raise a complaint on my return home as in country support was unhelpful to say the least, as I discovered that they buy the data package from a third party. My friend bought a Mobicom SIM at the airport for less than a third of the cost and has had had 4G coverage everywhere. You live and learn.

Laos Sim Doesn’t work
Purchased a eSIM for Laos, didn’t work. Have moved on to a different app which works fine.
E-Sims Didn’t work
Purchased 2 different E-Sims, both times neither of them would get me any connectivity in 2 different countries and 4 different cities. Been told it’ll get a refund, however they only process them once a week, so i’ll be waiting up to 2 weeks to get my money back. save your time and money
