This app is an absolute disaster. I strongly advise against downloading it—it’s the worst app you could choose. The customer service is nonexistent, and I feel like I’ve been scammed out of $100 with no way to recover it. I’ve been trying to reach out for two weeks with no response, and there’s no contact number available. They took my money and vanished. Save your time and money by staying far away from this app!

Non-stop call day and night stay away
Waste of money
You have to pay for each job to contact each customer. I paid 5 times but my money was wasted. Some customers did not answer even though I called them 3 times and sometimes they said they did not need help. Some said they wanted to get a quote. So as you can see, the customers here just put in work to learn the price. The only money that goes is the money you pay for each job. The sole purpose of this program is for app owners to make money. My advice is not to let them feed our hard earned money.

This is the best app ever!
It was a pleasure to work with them—prompt, reliable, reasonably priced, and very careful not to cause any additional damage to the fence or the house on either side. It was a big job, and I’m extremely pleased with the service overall.
Did an awesome job
Very efficient. The pro took the TV down from the wall mount, put it in a storage box, and then repaired the hole in the wall. Job well done!

My kitchen appliance had serious problems that I thought would require drilling a hole in the wall, but Oleh fixed everything—including non-electrical issues—in less than an hour. He's the best!

I like the app
After posting a job, I quickly received several offers from workers, each providing their background, certifications, and reviews. The person I chose kept in regular contact with me through the app to ensure he could locate and bring the necessary parts. On the day of the scheduled service, he also updated me with his ETA. Despite not being sure if the part he brought would work, he completed the job successfully. Now, both my toilet and sink stopper are working properly!

Great app—highly useful and really got me out of a jam!
I just found out about GigKik today. I was able to get same-day service within a couple of hours. I’m thrilled to have my items assembled by such a professional and friendly person. I’m really pleased that GigKik offers such a variety of services—I had no idea this was even an option. I’ll definitely be using GigKik in the future. The app is super easy to navigate.

It's a good app with good workers.
I love this app when I need help lifting or moving things. I used it to have two Pros move furniture that I couldn’t lift. It’s easy to communicate with Pros in the app, and it’s really convenient if you need assistance on short notice.
