Good app but without car play support. It would be great if car play support added to this app. This will boost the app, as it is always better to listen some meaningful content then simply listening music. Cheers!

Can you improve the following things in the app?
1. In the read page section, i did not know if I can swipe right and read the next part. I realise the bottom progess bar but i thought it was a miniplayer of podcast. Can we page indicator dots at bottom instead so that if we need to swipe to see more and maybe flash arrow indicators whenever user swipes or comes to read page?
2. The play pause button doesn’t update the state properly either from earphones, control center. I beleive it is possible to update the player play pause state ui whenever it pauses or play not just only when it explicitly done by user.
3. The homepage carousel stutters a lot!

Very good
Usually I dont write review for apps but the voice artist in this app is impressive.
Pathetic Customer Service
I've been using the Gigl app and I must say, the summaries are quite good. However, there's a significant issue that needs to be addressed. As a premium member, I've faced problems with the service and despite writing several emails, I have received no response. The customer service is unfortunately pathetic. They are quick to respond when it's time to charge you, but when there's an issue, they are least bothered.
To the owner or admin of the Gigl app, it's time to wake up and improve your customer service. Give some value to your clients. I will be emailing you twice a month until my issue is resolved. We live in a first world country and prefer peaceful ways to resolve our issues, and I believe this is the best way to go about it.

Fake subscription
I paid for yearly subscription but app is still running on free version when try to contact for issue just received an email by saying to provide them contact no and after providing them mobile Number it’s almost a week now no one reply so be care full guys make sure don’t waste your time and money. Very disappointing service

This is the best audio book summary app I have come across, audios are so soothing that its very hard to leave any book in between while listening. Great job team GIGL 👏🏻
Great but not flexible
Great app i have to say. But if i listen to one audiobook and try to continue i have to remember the episode and time i left which is next to impossible. So if you could add continue listening option it would be easier to continue where i left.
