About

gigstr is your live music diary. Every gig you've been to and every gig you're going to, in one place. ADD A GIG IN SECONDS Scan your ticket — paper or screenshot — and gigstr reads the artist, venue and date for you. Or search any artist and pick the night from their tour calendar. New here? A quick setup picks your genres, artists and city, so day one isn't empty. BEFORE THE NIGHT • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets count down to your next gig on its ticket stub, and Up next lines up the gigs after it • A reminder lands before every gig you're going to • Add a gig to your calendar with who you're going with, the support acts, the venue's address and a tickets link • Directions to the venue in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Citymapper • Ten days out, a festival's page shows the forecast for each of its days RELIVE EVERY NIGHT • Setlists for the gigs you were at — and for gigs you added ahead, our predicted setlist against what they actually played • Play what they played: every song in a setlist opens in Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music • Rate the night out of 10 — the sound, the performance, even the bar prices and queues • Write a private review of every night, just for you • gigstr finds the photos you took at the venue that night, ready to add • Add your photos and clips — they upload even if you save them offline at the venue • Add a support act the listing missed YOUR STATS, YOUR STORY Gigs per year, most-seen bands (support acts included), top genres, longest streaks, busiest nights — and your year Wrapped, ready to share as a card or a video. Plus a map of every venue you've ever been to. GO WITH YOUR PEOPLE Add buddies, tag who you went with, see what your buddies are going to and how they rated it, and like their nights and photos. Share a gig and anyone can open the link, app or not. DISCOVER Gigs from the artists you follow and what's on near you tonight. Every artist, venue and genre has its own page — community photos, recent ratings, top songs, and who's been. Free, with no limit on how many gigs you log. Your data is yours: your location is private, reviews you write in the app are private, your photos are matched on your iPhone and only the ones you pick upload, and you can delete your account (and everything in it) any time from the app.

What's New in gigstr

1.4.1

October 26, 2026

What's new in 1.4.1 • The Next gig widget has a new look: the days to go sit in an orange block beside the band's name, and the photo keeps their faces in frame • Share a past gig as a card for your story or your feed: the setlist, your ratings, a ticket, a receipt, a poster, a collage of your own photos or your whole review • Publish a review for everyone to read, and read everyone's on the new Reviews page • A Photos page: every photo and clip from your nights, and everyone's, searchable by night • Trim a clip before it uploads, and add up to 10 photos and 5 clips to each gig • Search forgives typos, and "foals london" finds a band's gigs in a city, whether you're searching or adding a gig • Tap a song in a setlist for its own page, and support acts get their setlists too • Every name is a way in: tap festivals, venues, buddies and songs. Artist pages show who you saw them with, where, and similar artists • Photos know which act was on stage, and you can like your buddies' photos • Rate a support act's performance and sound, add several support acts at once, and change one you added until someone else confirms it • Two artists can share a name, so you always add the right one • Home makes room for a big diary: gigs still to rate, photos from your phone to add and longer goals. New here? Home walks you through your first few gigs • Were you there? now suggests from your buddies' gigs and your genres • Swipe between Mine and Everyone • Smoother all round, easier on your battery, and gigstr updates itself without you closing and reopening it
