Glitches/ nonexistent support

I tried to create an artist profile, which you are required to do on your desktop/laptop. After correcting errors that I needed to do for my profile to be approved so that I could bid on shows or add dates to my calendar, I still wasn’t approved, so I have contacted support at least 3 times over a week-long period and received zero replies. It makes me wonder if anyone is even monitoring their emails. Big waste of my time 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The app is annoying and confusing and their support is a JOKE! 6 months and still no reply to multiple messages. Don't waste your time or your megabytes.

Also, you can easily tell all their 5 star reviews are fake and paid for!
