Needs a fix ASAP!
Since the town moved to a new payment system, this app doesn’t work. I can log into the payment website in Safari without any issues but not into the app (tells me I have incorrect password/username). Needs a fix ASAP.

Nothing works. I tried the new site & I can’t get my balance or even talk with someone since you changed all the numbers for our accounts. I can’t pay if you don’t allow me to know my balance. I thought the mobile was being updated & not to the old school website method. You need younger development leaders who can connect the app to the website. This is a poor implementation & Ive implemented apps for banks. Reinstate the old & don’t put people through this stress during a holiday.
