Their phone lines are always busy or unreachable, emails are ignored, and their so-called “live chat” is nothing but an automated bot repeating scripted responses. No human interaction. No solution. No responsibility.
Even after repeated follow-ups, there was zero clarity on where my money was or when it would be transferred. They just kept asking me to “wait” without providing a timeline. I’ve never felt so helpless while dealing with a financial platform.
