Can’t restore

So after spending hundreds of dollars on this app and having to switch phones, I can not simply get back into my acct. I have written multiple times with no help or even responses. So until I get help, I can’t even. Wrote again, see what happens. Smh

Scam. Funny how review won’t show up. This is #4. My mom and I both play and on our profiles for each other are different in ranking. U win when u pay for coins only. When u do finally win, it’s not calculated. But best of all, there is absolutely no support in the app for any issues. I can’t think of one section of this game that isn’t the shadiest I have ever seen. Time to move on. Don’t waste your time here as they sink u in to just disappoint only allowing peps that pay to win big. Very disappointed as it would be fun if they just let it go with honesty of players and scores. We will see if this review makes it. Doubt

Frustrated as heck. Been playing consistently for well over a month to have my acct completely get washed today. No one I can call and only any to restore it is with some random code that is never shown to u during play. Can’t enter my name email or anything. No way to contact support except through email. Guess it’s onto next

Been with you guys for years, ups and downs, billions won and lost! Recently I have noticed that I Never seem to win and you continue trying to sell me coins.
Pretty sure you’re set up to keep me poor so I will buy coins. Very sad 🙁

Worst site for cheating ai bots

I am level 36. Was not this bad but now out of 100 hands played I lose 80. The bots actually know what cards you have and what cards are coming next. Don’t spend any money on here. I never have and this is what they do to those people that are good and don’t spend money. RIGGED TO THE EXTREME BEWARE since you will not let me write my review then I will screen shot this and send to Apple!!!!

Like it but

I just downloaded this game today and already issues.At the first of each hand I’m supposed to be able to pass or take the card that’s face up. But there’s never a pass button when it’s my turn this needs to be repaired. Also auto play turns itself on and takes my turn this also needs to be repaired if it weren’t for these things at least these are the only ones I’ve seen so far I’ve only had it a few hours it would be a great game

I have now had the game for several months. I do think it’s the best gin rummy out there and I have tried them all. Also lov the spades. Still wish they would fix the issues mentioned above in first review

Best Gin With Other Players 100%

My boyfriend and I are long distance and it’s the best and honestly only gin game we’ve tried where we’ve both enjoyed the game and setup. It’s really easy to maneuver and you can change the settings in the games.

How do you get the gift boxes when you’re playing spades. And I think you should make an app that can block ppl that loves to throw the game….. you need to make an icon so we can block ppl you don’t want to play with anymore…..

GREAT GAME, ADDICTIVE, IF YOU LEARN ITS NUANCES

Great game AND tech support!
You think it’s sketchy because you haven’t learned how to play it. It takes time and you DO NOT have to spend a dime to play if you don’t want to or like me, can’t afford to always spend $10 on coins. There are PLENTY of ways to earn FREE coins. Spend time reading and checking out player menu options. You will soon discover you’re addicted and competing!!
I HIGHLY recommend this site over ANY OTHER card/slot games.
I’ve had this game for a few years and YES you may THINK the issues you’re having are glitches in the game until you realize it’s you’re Wi-Fi connection. It took me a year to figure out to just back out of the game then go back in. It is TRULY NOT the game. Tech support is incredibly responsive especially if you’re polite and patient. You are NOT the ONLY player who has issues with Wi-Fi.
Follow you’re “daily mission” and you will find ALL the different ways to win free coins. When you feel confident in your ability to navigate all the different ways to get coins and feel LUCKY and are ready for a challenging game THEN buy coins! But I warn you…..this game, once learned, is HARD to quit.
JUST BE KIND TO YOUR FELLOW PLAYERS. HAVE FUN!!!!

Fun game but seems sketchy

I admit the slot machines are fun and so is the fun games. I’ve bought some coins and I’ve won some through the slot games. Game freezes from time to time no big deal. My biggest concern is that it seems when playing the fun games you seem to run into players that I don’t think are real. I’ve seen players play a match with me that didn’t have enough coins to even enter the match. I’ve emailed the developer several times about this and also it freezing up. The slot machine has bars that go around labeled as “reverse”. That kind of suspect to me. Like I said it’s fun but some players you get matched up to all of a sudden get gin within two cards when you’ve bet 100m coins on the game. I’ll keep playing but no way I’d ever pay another nickel and earn others to not do the same. Be more than happy to update this if I get an explanation from the developer but not holding my breathe.
