Where is customer support? How do you reach them? The email they give you is not a WORKING EMAIL. SMH I had an account, ima think it was a guest account because I like, Right along with other players cannot log onto fb. I switched phones and now I am unable to get my account back.. I’ve paid a lot of money on that account and I want it back. If not ima just delete this game.

Was playing this game and went on today to find out all my progress is gone! Now they want me to start from the beginning? This is so terrible of you to do this to your players..I made friends, went very far in the game, even spent money and now I have nothing, why? What happened to my game? Not always working
Every now and then I am not able to play as game won’t work? For several hours today am not able to get on the app and play? Loads up, but will not allow me to play? Can only play on computer thru facebook and not always around a computer!! If keeps happenwill delete this game.
