App needs an update
I’ve used this tool since around 2017 when I first started doing DNA work… I have also on and off over the years ordered the compounded vitamins… Admittedly, I did prefer the ability to do standalone orders versus the subscription model, the subscription model is less flexible if you are not taking them as often is as expected per the label directions…
But recently, I have noticed with successive iOS updates, the app can freeze or become nonresponsive when drilling down on additional information…
I see it’s been 3 years since the app has been updated… I was looking to have some vitamins made again, but with the app misbehaving, and this is after downloading and reinstalling post deleting the existing installation, & I still essentially have the same problems in the app.
