Stay away - terrible service and no accountability with company
The Gio team has just bounced me back and forth to Apple. I cannot log in and have already paid for a subscription and addition top ups that have disappeared and since I can't log in, l can't access any info. Very disappointed in the company. Also I would have expected that a refund would be offered or at minimum some credits restored to give me back access to what I paid for and more help to regain access. I will not be returning or recommending this app. Terrible service and disappointed with Apple too. Lack of accountability and integrity with company. I am also surprised with Apple for not refunding or helping to facilitate a solution.

Money grab scam. Dont waste your time or your money. There’s no way to cancel for a BS product, so you have to cancel your card. Avoid the drama.

Very poor quality app, deducted from my account without making a video. Support was not responsive!

I chose to do the week trial and cancelled after 1 day. They kept charging me starting a week later for full price.
Cheating
Purchased 1000credits got 3 shoots, then purchased another 1000credits got another 3 shoots, now my balance is 0, cheaters.

Canceling Subscription almost impossible
I don’t like the app it’s misleading from the advertisement I seen on Instagram. I got a week subscription and I’m trying to make sure I can cancel it and there’s absolutely nowhere in the app to cancel this subscription. I looked in the terms. I clicked the link. Everything is literally saying the same thing. It told me to come to the app to figure it out and now I’m here writing a review because I can’t find it here either. I emailed them, but I’ll be sure to tell you if they charge me again after making it impossible for me to cancel I’m taking action

This app is a scam. Found them on instagram and made a purchase of £15.19 for 4weeks. I have not been able to use the app. Email given does not exist. It was returned. Even instagram message, no reply. Please do not use

Bought this on Facebook and the app wouldn’t download. It said once you download, you will automatically be logged in after paying I could not download the app. It was not clickable if I downloaded the app myself through the Apple Store I had to pay again I’m contesting I tried to email them and the email got kicked back as fail. Don’t waste your time or money. You can’t get a hold of a live person disputing charges.
