Broken
Says I am not in the delivery area. Not true, I live less than a mile from the store and get delivery 2-3 times a month. It’s you not me. Seems to many similar complaints, abandonware maybe?
Can’t login anymore.
Gionino's appears to have switched from OpenDining to the significantly more outdated GimmeGrub. The login I’ve used for the last 5 years no longer works and recovering doesn’t either. I believe this app to be dead.
App error
This app is saying “you are not in our delivery area “ when I certainly am. This started 2 months ago after using for several years. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice to no avail.
Deals don’t work
You can add the deal on the app, and it still won’t work lol. Other than that everything is good
Good but no light sauce option
If I order a pizza on the website (which doesn’t work well on my phone), I can order it with light sauce. When I downloaded the app, it only lets me order with regular sauce or extra sauce. Make light sauce an option in the app!
Why isn’t Ravenna on the app?
Pizza is great but the app isn’t listing the Ravenna Gianinos location as an option to order from despite the store being open.

Can’t order through the app. Keeps saying needs credit card info even though it’s already there. Need to fix the bugs.

Same Google map issue as everyone else. Can’t find my address so it’s useless.
Doesn’t work; just order online
I’m unable to create an account. As others have mentioned, I just get an error that Google Maps can’t find my address. I wanted pickup anyway so I tried to checkout as a guest and it didn’t recognize my or any local ZIP codes or city/states, which I’m positive were entered correctly. Don’t bother and just order online or call.

Best pizza ever
I actually mean that. I’m only giving 4stars bcoz every time I order food they only have a meatball pasta bake and I want actual pasta not that
The app doesn’t work properly
Tried to order through the app. The coupon for the small specialty wouldn’t apply no matter what I did. So I had to switch to online. It was annoying trying to navigate through it. I think it’s silly that you charge for extra sauce on the pizza that is already going on it to begin with. I ordered two bbq chicken pizzas previously and they were so dry you couldn’t even see any sauce on them to begin with. It was the same for the specialty pepperoni piccolo pizza. Online, I was asked to submit feedback for ordering online and it wouldn’t submit the feedback because I used special characters. Apparently periods, commas etc are special characters. You don’t like proper English? I tried to delete them all but it wouldn’t let me go back through anything I typed unless I deleted it all and started over. I was so annoyed by the time I came here I wanted to throw my phone.

Incredibly outdated
Clunky, unintuitive, absolutely not responsive. This app is really awful. The food is so good but ordering online and using this app is an absolute chore. Please get someone to rebuild this app, add user profiles, save orders. It goes through a web portal. This app is very 2004 at best.
App doesn’t work properly
It appears lots of people have an issue with app. I don’t know why it says google maps can’t find my location on the app, I just used google maps and they had a picture of my house. Clearly it’s not google maps.
App has room to improve
I love there’s an app to submit orders. It’s a bit confusing the way the buttons are labeled as “edit order” in red. I wasn’t sure if I was navigating around the app correctly. Maybe try different verbiage to walk our minds thru the app my intuitively & no red buttons. They feel alarming.
Doesn’t tell you how long wait time is.
I would give 5 if it would tell you what all goes on the food instead of guessing with like the pasta. And the prices. Also if I told you the delivery time before ordering would be great too.

We have never been disappointed in their food! Wings, pizza and sandwiches are all very good, would recommend!!
Cannot find my address
With all of the negative reviews about Google maps not being able to verify the address location, you would think that the app developer would either address the problem with a solution for people or fix the problem for people. I see no response or replies from the app developer and the problem certainly hasn’t been corrected.
