Update scam don’t buy
If you have a iPad with IOS the program will automatically update to a new version each time an update is released. The Only problem is that your program will not work anymore without paying for a new activation code. They will not download you the old version that you paid for. They tell you that they can’t rollback the version. I can’t believe that they can’t download an old version to reinstall in your iPad that will work with the old code you have. No support to fix my problem. Update will cost you

This app is not a stand alone free scan tool!!!! Meaning, this app is for people who are already customers who have already purchased the package from Autoenginuity. This app is an upgrade for established customers. THIS APP IS NOT FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR A FREE SCAN TOOL!! Anyhoo….the app is awesome! Thanks for the upgrade Bill!!

STAY AWAY ! Cost me $1000$ in misdiagnosis
Idea is good but tool does not do what they claim it will do .
Misinterpretations in DTCs , read some DTCs in weird format !! Not found in factory manual !! and much more !!

Scam do not waste your time and money
Just like others saying that even if you bought scantool that’s WiFi compatible it won’t work with new app version and all autoenginuity has to offer you is “update whole software for $400-$500 and you get your WiFi back” didn’t I pay for it already?!?!?! I don’t need software update but I would like to use WiFi because I bought this tool for $1600 that has enhanced coverage for just about any car or truck so let me use it!!! Crooks get greedy so if you plan on spending $1.5k on a scantool then there’s better options out there.

Don’t update the app
If you get a new phone and install a newer version you’ll have to update your tool which for me is 500 bucks specifically says on there web page you can use it even after your subscription is over but where they get you is you can’t download a previous version that you have the unlock codes for horrible customer support compared to before I will not be updating my tool now I’ll be buying a scan tool off the truck at least you can still get help with them if something goes wrong and you don’t have a active subscription I would no longer recommend this tool and this is coming from someone who used to speak highly of them
