A lifesaver
I struggle with going on TikTok and instagram in the morning or when I’m trying to work, but this app keeps me from scrolling during my focus time which is amazing. My head feels so much clearer and I have more energy. TikTok and instagram are too dang addicting now so i really recommend intentions to help with your screen time

Effective in cutting screen time
Impressive app for cutting screen time. I’ve just started but believe the approach it provides is the right one for cutting hours off of daily screen time.
