Disappointed!
My daughter has loved this game for a long time, and we’ve subscribed multiple times because she genuinely enjoys playing it. Unfortunately, the game stopped working, and I had to contact customer service for help.
It took two weeks before the issue was finally resolved, meaning my daughter lost two weeks of playing time. When I asked if anything could be done to make up for that lost time, I was told that I had only submitted the ticket the day before and that there had been no two-week delay. They completely dismissed the history of my previous attempts to get help instead of actually looking into it.
The game itself is fine, but customer service was extremely disappointing. If you’re paying for a subscription, you should be able to expect timely support and for your concerns to be taken seriously. A joke.

It’s great but do many things you have to pay for 😢so I’m not allowed to spend money on this so I can only do a bit 😢so wouldn’t recommend it’s bad for people with no money

This game is so much fun and it’s so funny. You could do whatever you want to the characters.

This game is really fun. I like how you can grow out the hair you can style it and they have like accessories that you can put on it. They do have kind of a lot of ads, but I would still get it. It’s worth it and I like how you can like grow the hair, but you can’t grow with that much.
