Scam?

I downloaded this app from Tik Tok and was very intrigued. I’ve been wanting to log my walks and have more motivation so I decided to get it. While I was setting everything up, I had to pay for a subscription. I chose to go ahead and do the $1.00 a week option. After I gave them my information there was a charge for $98.00 on my card. I canceled my subscription and got my money back, but I just thought that was a little sketchy and wanted people to know my experience. I very well could’ve clicked something wrong but I don’t recall reading anything about a $98.00 charge. I will say they did work fast and diligently when giving me my refund.

It works really well and I love walking with my app it helps me to stay motivated even though I don’t want to do anything but sleep

Not free

Disappointed that you can’t use the app or even see what it’s about without paying for an entire year or pay for a week. Maybe a “week free trial” would be more helpful for people to see how the app works before committing to a payment.

Just More Greedy Trash

Don’t waste your time! It costs. Going through a lot of depression right now, and dealing with a lot of hard things in life all at once, while also trying to get my health together. Saw this on TikTok, but of course they don’t properly advertise that it costs money. Why does it cost money? I don’t know.🤣 They aren’t walking for me, maybe if there was some type of feature like group walks with other users? It might be worth it. But y’all might as well stick with the generic step counters these people are just trying to collect a pink tax, lying and labeling it as for women to help women for $.

You have to buy it

Sucks that you literally can’t use the app at all without purchasing it. How am i even supposed to know if i want to buy it? I have no idea what is even on the app.

Misleading

I saw it all over TikTok and Facebook. Showing me that it was free. When I downloaded the app and started doing the assessment it even said “And it’s all Free”. But it wouldn’t let me skip passed the annual or monthly payment page. I HAD TO PAY! After all the time it said it was FREE!!! Very misleading! I had to pay around $85-$90 for the annual payment. To walk!! I can get ACTUAL FREE apps for that!

i saw it all over tiktok and i wanted to try it out. it seems like such a nice and girly space! but what do u mean that i have to pay??? like in my opinion i think u should have something like people can have the OPTION to buy a subscription and the app works better and they get better perks cuz people just wanna workout and walk! in my opinion u probably just want money and i understand u have to update it and everything but if it cost money just to get into the app make it cost money when your getting it. i just think its so ridiculous u have to pay money EVERY WEEK for a month 36$ or around that for a whole month and usally it takes a long to to see a change in your body and Shirley it doesnt take a month. CHANGE IT TO FREE AND HAVE SOME KIND OF SUBSCRIPTION THAT DOESNT EFFECT EVEN GETTING INTO THE APP. -😔🫩🫰

Lowkey Scammed me

I might just be dumb but I got the app and it said “30 days risk free” I assumed that was like a free trial or like 30 days to get a full refund, but once I reached out about the miscommunication, nobody answered, I tried to cancel the subscription through the app and had a hard time as well, has to cancel through my settings. I hope this is just a simple fix but I was charged 96 dollars and was basically unaware I was being charged.

I’ve asked for a refund

I’ve asked for a refund and not received it as I didn’t mean to purchase. I cannot make an account as it doesn’t give me an option to, I’ve tried entering my email address to access the customer portal but received no email. There’s no support on this app from admin. it’s far too expensive for what it is and I cannot even manage my subscription.

Thought it was “free”

I was so excited to try out this app I heard such good things about it when I went to try it out I had to pay for it I just graduated highschool and i am looking for a job I’m broke and bummed I wish this app was accessible to people who can’t pay but will still get good results with the limitations of not paying for the app
