Fraude de aplicación
Ha sido horrible todo el proceso, luego de meter todos mis datos fui bloqueada, y cuando llame a soporte técnico no supieron decirme nada 🤬 luego me transfieren con departamento legal y tampoco saben dar un explica, ahora quiero borrar todos mis datos y no me deja ni abrir la aplicación, yo he usado la aplicación por agencia, pero no toman mis datos bancarios porque siempre es con efectivo y ahora que quise hacerlo por la aplicación fui bloqueada, buscaré un abogado porque no es posible que si puedan robar mis datos bancarios y después de llamar mil veces me digan que estoy bloqueada y que van a quedar en el sistemaaaaaa, que les pasaaaaaa están locos? O creen que uno es idiota? Intente enviar primero enviar dinero a mi hermana y dije ok no me quiero equivocar llamaré a soporte así será mas fácil y no abra equivocación, hice todo el proceso y espero que llegara el dinero que ellos te envían para verificación de cuenta, después de eso wow ha sido todo una locura… HABLÉ CON MIL PERSONAS Y NADIE ME DIO UN RESPUESTA AL PROBLEMA

Don’t waste your time.
This app is totally useless. I installed it, created my profile accordingly and after sending money for the first time, the app charged me and then I just got locked out. Customer service is also useless since they said the app is autonomous and they can’t do nothing to fix this issue. They didn’t even know why I got locked out of the app. That’s just ridiculous. The recommendation from their support team was to stop using the app and just go to the closest agency🤦🏻, which in my case is 50mins away. Don’t waste your time installing this app. I’m still waiting on GIROSOL to be refunded for the transaction I made that was charged to my credit card by the autonomous app and then cancelled deliberately. And all my info is still on the app and I still have no access to remove it from the app.
