App was late to have any added value
The app does provide some interesting features: badge scanning, floor plan, networking capabilities etc. However most of these options didn't work during the event, and became available until after the 3 days were finished, which wasn't practical at all. App registration also doesn't follow the registration on the website so you have to register separately (which might explain the review of being unable to login).
I suggest the team anticipate in advance and prepare the application at least two weeks before future events, that would give delegates, exibitors and visitors time to schedule their visits and decide on which people they want to meet. It would also allow people to have the program in their hands and the floor plan so they won't feel completely lost during the event.
