All in one

This is an amazing app for parents to pay fees, purchase memberships and even track my rewards. With the most recent updates, I can now also pay with my rewards balance and have items from multiple orgs in my one cart for one purchase. Absolutely amazing!!

Rip Off App!

This app is to get in games at local schools but if you don’t pay attention what they do is have you pay $8.00 for a game, then take the $8.00 and donate to the school again like they get $16.00 plus you pay a .94 fee at the game and even more at the concession stands. What they don’t tell you is you can actually donate money to your very own wallet with a possibility of getting something back in return as we so all of this seems like a rip off, a scam, just a bad app!! Gofan app was so much better! Sad part is this is now the only way to get into a game now instead of cash.😡

Wish I could give it -1000

Worst app I have ever dealt with. I’d rather pay in pennies than ever interact with this app again.

Catastrophic Failure

For some reason login buttons are positioned beneath the edge of the viewport- you can click through to the next screen, even though you can’t read the contents of the button on the first - but that screen has no option to log in with an existing account, only to create a new one with the submit button (also obscured by being positioned beneath the edge of the viewport). Not only is this terrible UX I’m worried it is going to keep our kids from getting the resources they need. Meanwhile, if I log in on desktop I cannot see my kid, but am allowed to access and edit the description of the school and am offered the opportunity to make multi-thousand dollar donations because givebacks mistakenly believes I am a local business which wants to sponsor the school. I’m just trying to pay lab fees!

App Unresponsive

App is completely unresponsive and does not appear to be functioning properly. Tried reinstalling and ran into the issue on multiple devices.

Not working

Why does it not work when I do not give it precise gps access? You do not need gps, wth?

Not what I thought it was

I was told that this app would be like the payback books and I could access my coupons on the app. There are no coupons. You have to link your credit card to the app and then use the app to pay at the store for a cash back percentage. That’s not the same. When I requested a refund, the customer service bot said I had to go through the organization I purchased it under, which is my daughters school. So I purchased the payback “coupons” on the app but I can’t request a refund through the app. It’s all very frustrating.

Love it!

Love giving back to my local community! Great app

Not what I expected

I downloaded this app expecting it to be a mobile version of Memberhub as the logo and color scheme appear to be identical. Turns out it’s something very different (even though it accepted my Memberhub credentials). Seems to be the same company but an entirely different product. I feel misled and disappointed.

Why wouldn’t you do this?

What a great app. I just signed up, added a card, picked my nonprofit. Now, every time I go to restaurants and shop online, they donate to my cause. Restaurants donate 5% and that adds up. I’ve already donates over $250 just by dining and shopping like I normally do.

Great replacement for Amazon Smile

My nonprofit relied on Amazon Smile to fund teacher memberships. They just told us they are no longer supporting small charities. Thankfully, we started promoting Givebacks about four months ago and we have quadrupled what we earned with Smile. GB donates A LOT more and they give our supporters over 25,000 places to shop. They even have local restaurants that donate 5% to our cause. I am not only a charity, I’m a Givebacks “backer”. I have already personally donated over $136 to my little Kiwanis Club in just over 3 months though my online purchases and dining out. I feel sorry for the millions of small charities that have just been screwed by greed. I hope they find Givebacks. Good riddance Amazon Smile. You just gave me another reason to shop somewhere else.

Local restaurants 🤝 local nonprofits

I was amazed to see so many local restaurants on Givebacks that I already visit frequently. Now whenever I go, one of my favorite non-profit orgs in the area gets a portion of that sale. Has there ever been a better excuse to go out to eat ?

Donating made automatic just for shopping

Getting cashback and a donating at the same time!? Givebacks is a no brainer. Making donations is something I have been trying to do more often and this app makes me feel good about all the online shopping I’ve been doing
