音が途切れる

予約しやすいのが良い。
ただ開くたびスマホの音声再生が自動停止する。とても嫌。
音楽やラジオが勝手に止まり不快です。改善を希望します。

楽トレの予約をしていないのに回数カウントされる

施術のみで予約しても楽トレの回数が減っていくので改善してほしい

予約の段階で楽トレも受けられるか自動で判別してほしい
お店についてから本日は楽トレできませんって言われる事がある
何を受けたいか選択しているのだから、その辺りも自動算出できるはず

コース回数確認希望

コースが記載されるようになったみたいだけど、一部店舗のみで、使用者に基づいていないの、どうにかしてほしい。
前々から、お願いしている、チケット残り回数も間違った表示のまま更新されないのも、どうにかしてほしい。
店舗によるコースの対応有無も、わかるようにしてほしい。
複数店舗利用してるので、把握が大変なんですよ(笑)

どのコースで頼んだか記載が欲しい

アプリで気軽に予約やキャンセルか出来るのは良いが、どのコースで予約したかが分かるようにして欲しい。
また、繰り越し回数が今何回分あるか(期限日)も出して欲しい。
