Receipt scanning now works offline. Scan a receipt with no signal and the app reads it on your device, fills in the vendor, date and amount, and attaches the photo. Previously a scan without a connection failed and you had to type everything in by hand. Now you review, pick the 990 category, and save. Everything syncs when you reconnect. Smarter categories over time. The app now remembers which 990 category your organization chose for each vendor. After a couple of approved expenses at the same place, the category is pre-selected for you. You always confirm before submitting, because only the person who made the purchase knows what it was for.
