Never use this app
I tried the 3-day free trial there, but I forgot to cancel it, and they ended up charging my card $119. I canceled my subscription because I felt it wasn't worth it, and they still wouldn't refund my money.

I forgot I had this app on my phone I got it years before my 7 year old passed over 😞 I just pulled out my old phone and I’m back on it … I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP

super slow response from customer experience
there is almost no customer experience and no refund policy. I accidentally purchased a year’s service while i actually wanted just try out for a month. After a long wait someone got back to me and refunded me but it was not a great experience.

I only wanted a month subscription instead of a yearly one. Really hard to get even a customer experience to help
Doesn’t work with PR # number
The app doesn’t work with PR phone numbers and it won’t create an account another way. I was never able to use a gift that was sent to me or use the app to send gifts. It’s a great concept, too bad I can’t use it.
Misleading “Free Trial” Ended in a $119 Charge
I had a terrible experience with Givingli. I signed up thinking I was starting a free trial, only to be unexpectedly charged $119 for a yearly subscription without realizing it. The way the subscription is presented feels misleading and unclear.
For an app centered around gifting and convenience, the customer experience has been extremely frustrating. Trying to get support and resolve the issue has been stressful, especially after being charged such a large amount unexpectedly.
I would strongly recommend people read every single detail carefully before signing up for any trial or subscription through this app. Very disappointed.

Paid, but not gift card was delivered
I bought 2 - $50 Starbucks gift cards for Mothers Day that were never received. The 2nd card I bought for my self just to make sure I did it right. I think this is a scam!

This app is garbage, signed up for a trial for 3 days and they won’t let you cancel. They keep trying to run my card and it keeps getting declined because I don’t want your services! The cards are limited and not worth $100 a year. You’ve got to be kidding me!

I’ve been reaching out through their text support and through email. Nobody ever responds and I’m now just stuck with emails from an app that is permanently on my phone.

They switched gift cards on me, and it’s been “processing” for 8 days now. Customer service is AWFUL and won’t reply or fix it! Don’t use this app!

If you send a gift card it will be stuck in process for days! My friend sent me a Nike gift card SIX DAYS ago and it is still stuck in processing although they say it should take up to 24 hours. You can only contact customer service via text and email! They don’t have a phone number! SCAM!

Just FYI if someone buys you a gift card from this app - YOU CANNOT USE IT IMMEDIATELY. It’ll say that it’ll take 24 hours to process, but it’s been a week and the funds still haven’t been released for the gift card I chose. SCAM!! Do not buy ANYTHING from here you will lose your money!!!

This app use to allow you to add multiple gift cards & even with the membership you can’t add multiple gifts . What’s the purpose of this? & how does it set the app apart? I’m deleting the app, this use to be a safe space to create & send gifts. So unfortunate!
Terrible
I received my first gift on this app, yet weeks later I cannot access it. It has been pending for a very long time, much longer than said “24 hours”. I have been reaching out to their email, and yet nothing helpful has been provided. They keep sending me automatic messages. I will NOT be using this app again and I do NOT recommend after the experience I’ve had. Happy freaking birthday.
