Please please please don’t support them! They are money takers!!!! THEY WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY! THERE IS AN INTERNAL APP ERROR WHERE I CANT REDEEM THE MONEY I WAS SENT. I HAVE PROVIDED PROOF TO THEM TIME AND TIME AND TIME AGAIN I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING ON MY END. YES THE APP IS UP TO DARE. NO THERE IS NO UPDATES. YES I HAVE TRIED UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING. YES I HAVE TRIED CACHE CLEARING. INDEED I HAVE TRIED THE WEBSITE ON DIFFERENT DEVICES. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS!!! OVER 5 MONTHS AND THEY WONT DO LITTLE TO NONE!!!

Gifts Don’t Process +No Customer Service
Do not use Givingli!!
In the past I have been a fan of Givingli. I thought it was great and had no issues with it.
But something is clearly not right with Givingli anymore. I have 2 giftcards sitting as “processing” for over 2 weeks now. The “customer service” is, naturally an Ai black hole that can’t actually help. So all that’s left is a email account which may or may not be monitored by a couple actual humans? Either way they have solved nothing. I just keep getting ghosted by the customer reps. I feel robbed and will tell my friends to stop using immediately; cause our money is just being held up at this point.

2 of my cards are stuck processing, they never email back. do not use this service
Scam alert!
This is a legit scam! The recipient showed me it says pending for 2 weeks now. I sent a $100 gift card and he has nothing. The phone number on the site for support hangs up on you immediately and support online chat says they are gone for the day (everyday, all day) No response to 3 emails now. Do not use this company!

Filter by recent reviews before using this app. I received a gift like the rest (still pending)….emailed after a week, got a response blaming the merchant & they would follow up asap, emailed again a 1 week later = ghosted. It’s now week 3-4.
