I love the sniping software on my laptop, but the app crashes on my iPhone shortly after login. It’s useless.
Not so good
This app was great when it worked. Now when I click watchlist, the app crashes.
Gixen web is great, but this app is unusable
I’m a longtime and happy Gixen customer. I’ve always handled my auctions from my PC browser and never had a problem. I decided to see if they might have an app and was pleased to see they do. That pleasure quickly vanished when trying multiple times to login to my eBay account and having the app crash every time. If I can’t login to eBay to schedule snipes, what’s the point of even having this app?

Good app, when it doesn’t crash
Easy to navigate, setup snipes easy, adjust time of snipe as well just the app crashes way too much. Fix the crashing problem and it would be a 5 star app.
Not 100% reliable
I used this a few times with no problem. Then l lost an item because my bid was not sent. When I checked the status it indicated “ invalid authorization”. Very upsetting!

I like that it’s simple and all, but it needs to not crash all the time. 🙂

I love the Gixen service but the app needs a lot of work to be functional like the desktop site

I love the thought of an app, how ever for me it is constantly crashing at this time. I am using an iPhone 12 Pro with the most current update.

Great when it works, but it crashes frequently. I just tried to open the watchlist to pick an item to set up a bid and it crashed 20 times in a row. App crashes too much and the desktop site Is too cumbersome for devices.
Pretty good but missing one thing
Thanks for the app. I really like it. But it’s missing one piece of information from the web page that I rely on to assess the status of my snipes. Can you please add number of bids? Thanks
Keeps crashing
Love the service and it’s been good for me for years but this app keeps crashing. I want to like it but I has a lot of bugs even when it doesn’t crash. Get in touch and I will tell you about the bugs.
Great app for Gixen
This app works as intended but is still in the early stages. The interface needs some polishing.
Crashes on iPad mini
Good idea, but it crashes almost every time I open it on iPad mini. iOS 14.xx

5 stars because I’m a huge fan of the Gixen website itself. The app seems like a great start, I would love in the future to be able to submit snipes in the app, instead of just view the pending snipes.

Mario has been refining and improving this service for years. It is a bargain given the savings it has generated for me. It is also crazy cool to be able to support an amazing entrepreneur instead of a big company. I’d rate this a 10 but there were only 5 stars!!!
Seems good so far
I have successfully used the normal website to snipe on eBay. I won an item or two using Gixen. I downloaded the app and it seems good so far. I have not tested out the actual sniping functionality using the app yet.

They NEED to include the shipping Amount $ in the section where you place your Bid! How are you supposed to know your total cost without going back to your eBay page!!!
There is no way to get out of the eBay item page once you click the “View” function button? How are you supposed to place your bid Dude???
Would be nice if they included price trending info or how much the last 3 similar items sold for!
