Wish I could give negative
It NEVER lets me log in. I constantly have to change my password every like 2 days, and i have to call because I cant fix it online. Its very frustrating when I cant see exact charges on my account. So many problems and needs to be better made.

The app want let me log in because it needs a update but it also want let me update so what do I do now
Can this app come to 2023 please?!

Nothing on it works
I tried downloading bingo it’s ground hog day. It doesn’t work and the Latest, greatest version doesn’t seem to be available all I get is click to download
Worst Banking App Ever!!!
This app will sometimes take a week to update payments made, doesn’t send notifications even though they’re enable and constantly changes time placement of payments made. Beware of this app! Highly recommended to not use. This app has forced me to overdraft multiple times because it does not keep money/payments organized or show pending transactions.

I understand and appreciate the fact that innovation is a process. Keep up the good work.
Works OK, but lacks some features
This app works well if all you want to do is check your balances, transfer funds between accounts, and deposit checks using your phone camera. It is lacking a bill paying feature, to me a critical feature for those of us away from our home computers, sometimes weeks at a time. My credit union in NY has the bill paying feature, so I know it can be easily done. The other feature missing is the ability to use your fingerprint to sign in — you must physically type your password into this app every time. Please bring this app up to 2018, and it would rate 4 or 5 stars.
