IIFL GL Deviations mobile application provides a quick and convenient way to decisioning the loan level deviations to the approvers.
Functionalities includes :
-Approver can view and Approve/Reject deviations as per the matrix.
-They will also be able to update the status of rejected/approved deviations before case disbursal.
-The user will be able to view the deviation hierarchy with respect to the deviations raised.
Customer Profile:
-The users will be able to view the profiles of the respective customers.
-The details will include KYC, Collections, and Audit Points.
