You can’t do literally anything without purchasing a Pro version for extra money. Support email is incorrect, email don’t get delivered. I can’t cancel my sub now. Misleading and scam.

I am finding it very difficult to cancel my subscription, you only have automated answers. So it does not matter how many times you ask you get the same answer . Perhaps you should make as easy as you say it is to just cancel your subscription

I have been trying to cancel my subscription since May, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The app says I am not subscribed, there is no subscription listed under my Apple account, yet I continue to be charged $7.99 every week.
When I contacted customer support, they claimed they couldn’t even find an account associated with my email address, despite the recurring charges on my payment method. If you can’t locate my subscription, how are you still billing me?
A company should never make it this difficult to stop recurring charges. Customers should not have to spend months emailing support, contacting Apple, and disputing charges just to cancel a subscription.
Until this issue is resolved and my money is refunded, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. A cancellation process should be simple and transparent—not something that feels impossible.
