please get a larger software engineer team
there are many bugs and glitches navigating the app. i'll click the search button and the cart opens. i'll click shop nails on the bottom bar and it's "unable to display results" at this point im better off using the laggy website😭 also ive really started noticing that with every new batch of nails that are release, the quality of the actual nail designs are objectively getting worse and worse. the quantity is beginning to be prioritized over the quality of these nail designs. still durable and long lasting, but i used to genuinely like 7/10 of the design releases which is a big part of why i chose this brand but now i can only find 1 or 2/20 of the new nail design releases mediocre. less is ALWAYS more. because the new releases contained less nails and the designs were better i used to actually get excited and feel anticipation for each new release! the designs 2 years ago used to be very well thought out and sincerely creative. now they're honestly becoming pretty tacky and i'm just kind of getting bored. keep up the durability and quality of the actual nail themselves, but where did your creative spark go?

this is my favorite brand for press on nails. They are 30 dollars less than getting actual acrylics done and they stay on for just the same amount of time if not longer. I’ve had the same ones on for 4 weeks and they haven’t fallen off!! The nail art is super impressive and there are so many options.

This brand is everything!!
I love this brand, their app, and their nails a little too much haha. Their nails are just so pretty and such good quality, i’m usually super strict with money but i find myself having little to no restraint when it comes to buying more, they’re just THAT good! I have one toe thumb and one regular and lemme tell you, the inclusive sizing sold me on these they’re just so good. I could type for days how good they are!!

Room to grow & improve
I downloaded the app, expecting easier or similar navigation than the website. Unfortunately, it’s more clumsy and difficult to use. Essential sorting features, like sorting nails by length or shape, are available on the website but missing from the app. I hope the developers update the app to include these options for a better shopping experience.
